The honorable EL PRESIDENTE Biloumba used to work in an independent secret service for world peace before his vision of himself as the universe leader. At the time, he was known for his sharphooting while he paid great interest on developing his 8th sense. He could foresee when he was being photographed let alone him being approached. The person who was able to shoot this photo said, just before he died, “It appeared as though, instead of the trigger of the camera, I released the trigger of a gun…I was dead at that moment”
