This is a part of an initiative where Biloumba, because he has no competition as of now, is the candidate for a better future as the first and only world leader.The initiative known as Vote Biloumba, Vote for Biloumba or VFB, is based upon the notion that, the Biloumba family who have had the most influential people throughout history, is qualified to the title of the world leader.
The name Biloumba includes many content such as; awareness, assertiveness, robustness, naturalness.
